I like his statement that "there isn’t a takedown without an infringement!" Boy, is that true. With all these publishers putting more time and energy into scoping out infringement, they appear to be very concerned about digital piracy. But are they concerned for themselves, or for the authors? It seems like there is opportunity for publishers and authors to work together on finding pirates. As long as authors and publishers have to work together to get things published, they might as well work together against piracy.
